Job Description

We are a foundation repair business that specializes in repairing mostly residential foundations that are experiencing structural and/or water issues. We are currently looking for candidates for the following position:
FIELD LABORER
Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary starting at $22-24/hour - based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits (Employee Premiums are covered 100%, eligible after 90 days of Full-Time Employment) 401K with up to 3% Company Match (eligible at one year anniversary) Paid vacation & holidays (eligible after 90 days of Full-Time Employment) Crew Bonus based on revenues generated Job Requirements Valid Driver's License required (must have Class E license within 90 days) Pre-employment drug test and background check are required; random drug tests are also performed during employment
DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST
Desired Skills Reliable and punctual Basic knowledge of small tools (hammer drills, concrete saws, jack hammers) Able and interested in being trained on various tools, techniques, and equipment Courteous and polite to customers Ability to follow directions from the Crew Lead and/or Crew Manager Must prioritize safety and follow the company safety manual and OSHA requirements, as well as safety directions given by Crew Foreman and Crew Manager Ability to lift 50+lbs and work in a physically demanding position that requires repetitive actions such as lifting, bending, and stooping Previous construction-related or laborer experience is a plus, but not required Trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivated with an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude Job Responsibilities Loading and unloading materials Digging, excavating, and backfilling Removing, hauling and replacing concrete Jobsite prep and clean-up Working long hours outside in variable weather conditions Full-Time (M-F), 7:00am-3:30pm (longer hours occasionally required), 40+ hours/week Other duties as required
