Lead Equipment Operator and Laborer- Forestry Mulching

Full job description We're looking for an experienced, hard-working Lead Equipment Operator with a specialty in operating forestry mulching equipment, who is ready to shred some wood and clear some land. If you take pride in running iron, working efficiently, and being part of a solid crew—this is the opportunity for you. Valid driver's license required.

Compensation:

Weekly pay Starting at $30 per hour based on experience

Excavators Skid Steers Rollers Mulchers /

Shredders Additional Responsibilities:

This is not a sit-in-the-cab-only position. Operators must be willing to help with field work and general labor when needed, including: Installing SWPPP fiber logs and silt fence Chainsaw work and manual land clearing Site cleanup and prep Assisting crew members with daily field operations General labor duties as required

3-5 years proven experience operating forestry mulching equipment safely and productively Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong work ethic and team mindset Valid Driver's License Must be dependable, self-motivated, and safety conscious Why Join Us?
