Pay Range:

$100,000 to $115,000

401k Responsibilities Managing Production Employees

Development, management, and oversight of production, policies, and procedures implemented to better document and streamline all company production practices.

Build and lead a production team while overseeing all aspects of production.

Creation and maintenance of production schedule for all product lines.

Lead and direct the work of production staff, including coaching employees, skill development, cross training & communicating strategies and work tasks with a vision.

Streamlining corporate operations by creating, managing, and directing operational policies and ensuring that such policies adhere to company standards and help to increase operational efficiency.

Recruiting, hiring, training, counseling, and termination of production staff, as required, to support the quality of operations.

Manage the facility and facility maintenance.

Overseeing manufacturing, including reviewing processing schedules and production orders to determine work procedures and assignments.

Maintain and manage labor efficiencies and cost containment.

Developing equipment usage schedules and timelines as well as ensuring the production team has all required equipment to complete tasks correctly.

Monitoring and developing cost targets, lead times, quality assurance and contributing to budget and planning exercises.

Fostering quality improvements and develop quality metrics, including monitoring and validating equipment and services in use.

Implement and maintain a production staff on-boarding training program.

Utilize and implement LEAN manufacturing principles to ensure that our vehicles are built with absolute quality in the fastest time possible.

Work closely with engineering, design staff and outside vendors to ensure vehicles are being built and designed properly. Qualifications Must have Management Experience
