You will serve as a technical expert in timber management, ensuring every cut meets the exacting standards required for high-end landscape and hardscape projects. This role allows you to combine physical skill with botanical knowledge to directly impact the quality and efficiency of our field operations. Impact:

Execute precise wood cutting and timber processing to support custom outdoor construction projects. Identify and distinguish between various tree species and wood types to ensure proper material application. Operate chainsaws and timber equipment safely and efficiently in various field environments. Maintain high production levels to meet project deadlines and earn performance-based incentives. Perform routine maintenance on saws and cutting tools to ensure equipment longevity and jobsite safety. Assist in clearing and preparing jobsites by managing timber removal and wood processing workflows.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience safely operating chainsaws and professional wood-cutting tools. Strong ability to identify common local tree species and understand different wood characteristics. Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor in outdoor conditions. Reliable transportation and a track record of consistent, punctual attendance.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in arboriculture, forestry, or professional land clearing. Knowledge of safety protocols regarding tree felling and heavy timber handling. Experience working within a production-based or incentive-based environment.
