Job Description

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Senior Engineer/Analyst I to support our customer in Huntsville, AL. \n What you will be doing: Provide administrative and property accountability support, ensuring efficient mission execution and operational readiness. Maintain official property book records. Conduct monthly, quarterly, annual, and special inventories for administrative-funded and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case-funded property. Serve as primary Property Control Administrator responsible for the accountability, management, and lifecycle of government property and equipment. Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, transfer, and disposition of government property in accordance with Army regulations and organizational policies. Process turn-in and disposal of excess, obsolete, and unserviceable equipment while ensuring compliance with applicable supply and logistics regulations. Utilize automated property management systems to maintain accurate asset records and generate reports. Order, receive, inspect, and document government property and supplies to support operational requirements. Maintain property passes and asset authorization documentation to ensure proper accountability and security of government equipment. Reconcile property records, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate accountability. Support internal and external inspections, audits, and command inventories by ensuring complete documentation and audit readiness. Collaborate with branch personnel, logistics staff, supply activities, and leadership to resolve property management issues and improve accountability processes. Ensure compliance with applicable Army regulations, Department of Defense policies, and organizational procedures governing property accountability.
