Overview Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Vacation Rental Cleaning Professional and be the driving force behind creating memorable guest experiences! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming vacation rental properties into spotless, welcoming retreats. The Cleaning Professional plays a key role in preparing guest-ready vacation rental properties through detailed departure and same-day cleans. Success in this role requires efficiency, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail. Team members are expected to follow structured systems and uphold Dwell's high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform detailed departure cleans to reset properties to guest-ready condition Complete same-day turnover cleans efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Follow Dwell's standardized cleaning checklists and procedures on every job Inspect properties for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues; report any findings promptly Restock essential supplies and ensure homes are fully prepared for incoming guests Maintain organization of cleaning supplies, tools, and company equipment Work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding property status and needs Uphold Dwell's standards for quality, presentation, and guest experience at all times Experience Cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred 4 years+ experience) Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs Reliable transportation required Strong attention to detail Ability to follow systems and checklists consistently Positive, team-oriented attitude What Makes This Role Different Guaranteed hours (no gig instability) Bonuses in July and December based on personal and company performance Clear systems and expectations Leadership support Growth opportunities within a growing luxury company Dwell is a fun, fast-paced, and hardworking team that takes pride in delivering a high-end experience every day.
