Responsibilities As a HomeTeam/Critter Control Wildlife Service Technician, you can expect to: Safely, humanely, and effectively manage nuisance wildlife on residential, commercial, and rural properties across Arizona Inspect properties to identify wildlife activity, entry points, and environmental or structural conditions contributing to infestations Implement humane trapping, relocation, and exclusion strategies in compliance with state and federal wildlife regulations Repair and seal entry points and install exclusion materials to prevent future wildlife intrusion Work with a wide variety of Arizona wildlife, including raccoons, skunks, bats, snakes, pack rats, pigeons, and other desert-adapted species Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in urban, rural, and desert environments Educate customers on wildlife behavior, prevention methods, and long-term solutions Document inspections, findings, and services performed accurately and thoroughly Communicate professionally with customers, demonstrating strong problem-solving and customer service skills Perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, working in attics and crawl spaces, handling tools, and working outdoors in varying conditions Follow safety standards, humane handling practices, and company protocols at all times Participate in training, licensing, and ongoing education related to wildlife control and local ecosystems There's plenty of perks too!
