Responsibilities Prepare and assemble dumpling and Xiao Long Bao dough using precise measurements and techniques. Fill, fold, and shape dumplings with consistent quality and attention to detail. Ensure all products meet safety standards, hygiene protocols, and presentation guidelines. Operate various kitchen tools including rolling pins, sewing machines for fabricating special packaging or accessories, and hand tools for delicate assembly.
