As an Adriana's Traffic School Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in educating clients about safe driving practices while delivering exceptional customer service. This dynamic role combines education, sales, and administrative responsibilities to ensure client success and satisfaction while maintaining compliance with DMV requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Use your charisma and communication skills to enroll clients in our traffic school programs. Highlight the value of our courses, overcome objections, and guide clients seamlessly through the enrollment process. Make follow-up calls to convert inquiries into sales and secure appointments from systems. Maintain an impressive retention rate of 80%+ by transforming interest into paid enrollments. Be the go-to expert for clients by promptly answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions. Build strong, positive relationships with clients to create lasting impressions and secure referrals. Manage inbound and outbound calls with energy and professionalism, keeping clients engaged and informed. Follow up on daily 800 Response calls to ensure no potential sale slips through the cracks. Stay on top of email communication from key traffic school accounts, responding with speed and precision. Proactively follow up on incomplete processes to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey. Verify completed courses and submit DMV Certificates via the Traffic School with accuracy and urgency. Grade exams quickly and fairly while helping clients re-enroll if needed, turning setbacks into success stories. Call clients to confirm receipt of educational materials, ensuring they're fully prepared for their journey. Partner with fellow agents and managers to share insights, tackle challenges, and exceed goals together. Keep inventory stocked, educational materials organized, and audits prepared to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications:
A high-energy, sales-driven mindset with a knack for connecting with people. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education (preferred). Stellar communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred). A hunger to achieve and exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
