Continuous Job Description This posting is to establish a pool of qualified applicants. The department may not be actively recruiting. Applications submitted will remain active for up to one (1) year. The following generally describes the knowledge and ability required to enter the job and/or be learned within a short period of time to successfully perform the assigned duties. Working in the Den.Qualifications Qualifications:
- Must have cash counting skills
- Must have a food handler's card or serve safe certificate
- Must have customer service skills
- Set up the Den for service daily
- prepare Teas, Iced Coffee and other beverages that can be completed before service.
- Bake Danish
- Make sandwiches and Salads
- Set up fruit cups
- Organize products for service
- Service customers
- service customers as they come into the Den.
- Cash register
- counting cash, taking cash from customers, making change for customers.
- Create coffees and other beverages
- Take inventory at the end of each day
- Report to the Chef with any needs the Den may have
- Clean up the Den at close of business
- wrap all syrups, organize refrigerator, rotate milk, and clean bottom of refrigerator.
- Working with the lab tech, the Den worker will need to flush the espresso machine bi-weekly to clean the machine and make sure the machine works properly.
- Restock all cups, lids, napkins, cup sleeves, coffees etc.... for the next business day.
- Organize North Hall storage area and keep inventory
