Full Job Description We're seeking Robot Operators who are exited about robotics to join us. In this hands-on position, you'll operate robots (similar to a puppeteer, but with robots), working through structured procedures to gather high-quality robot data. The data you collect will be used to teach the robots skills capable of performing real-world tasks autonomously. You might be a great fit if you Are skilled at video games Great at assembling furniture Responsibilities Operate bimanual robots according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collect data accurately and in line with a rigorous internal quality standard Keep detailed records of completed workflows and label data using our internal tools Follow all safety protocols within the lab setting Qualifications No technical background needed; what matters is curiosity, a willingness to learn, and consistency Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 2-3 hours at a stretch Strong attention to detail paired with initiative, including the confidence to ask questions or point out inconsistencies Able to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely High school diploma or equivalent Dependable transportation and the ability to commute to our office Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bonus Qualifications Great physical coordination, spatial awareness, and concentration A real passion for robotics About the Interview 20-minute Zoom call Onsite visit (come to our office and operate the robot)
