Honda of Greeley is seeking a lot technician! The Lot Technician will maintain assigned areas of the property and grounds while assisting with various errands and duties.

FLSA:

non-exempt (hourly)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property. Assists with the cleaning of vehicles for customer delivery. Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks, can operate plow vehicle is needed. Examines property for safety hazards; reports problems to Management or other appropriate staff. Must stay up to date on all company and manufacturer required trainings throughout employment with the company. Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Detail-oriented and thorough. Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance. Ability to keep the property clean and orderly. Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors to the property.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. At least one year of similar experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
