Primary responsibility is to create a warm, friendly, and clean environment for all Hunters Run members and guests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Members and Guests. Load golf bags for Members and Guests onto Golf Carts. Organize the Club's 130 Fleet Carts and account for all carts every day. Lift golf bags up to 25 pounds and return them to their proper position daily. Ensure that all Members have a proper Hunters Run bag tag. Assist with setup/breakdown of the driving range when assigned. Assist with picking and organizing golf balls on the driving range when assigned. Chipping area properly opened/closed every day and maintained throughout the day. Fleet carts must be cleaned prior to parking or sending out with a Member/Guest to include two towels, tees, and a pencil. Responsible for accurately accounting for tee times after the Golf Shop has closed for the day. Cart Wash Area/Trash Cans are cleaned at the end of the day. An Opening/Closing Shift Leader checklist is completed every day. Remove all empty boxes from the Receiving Area every day as needed. Assist with Tournament Setup/Breakdown during Tournament Days. Responsible for properly receiving/returning golf bags to the Bag Drop Area. Assist Members with Lost and Found items such as Golf Clubs and Headcovers.Education / Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications Must possess a valid driver's license to operate any vehicle onsite, including gas vehicles and electric vehicles. All vehicles must be always operated in a safe manner. All vehicles must be always driven slowly and with extreme caution.
