Practice Facility

Overview Coral Ridge Country Club is a 27-hole private facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It is a Club like no other. We excel in bringing people together, creating memories that last a lifetime and being a cornerstone in the community. We are that sacred oasis for our Members and their families. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and responsible individual who takes pride in their work, likes the outdoors and people. Candidate should be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities Set-up and ensure the cleanliness, organization and upkeep of all the practice facilities including work areas Ensures areas stay clean and stocked with clean golf balls daily Ensures all the practice facility equipment is in good safe working condition Ensures the safe and efficient operation of the range picker and ball washer Clears the balls on the chipping green and range field when appropriate Maintains a great repor with fellow staff Fulfills the proper, opening and closing procedures Report any issues to the Lead Assistant Golf Operatoins Performs any other duties deemed as necessary Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, lift, move, push, pull and carry golf bags, golf equipment, boxes etc. Must be able to operate a golf cart and ride, walk and work outdoors and indoors as needed Varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays are required Benefits Uniforms provided by the club Meal provided while on duty Playing and practicing privileges Retail merchandise discount Eligible for Health/Dental/Vision after 60 days from date of hire Eligible for Life Insurance/ADD after 90 day introductory period Eligible for 401k after 90 day introductory period Paid Time Off begins accruing from date of hire and can begin taking off after 90 day introductory period
