ATC is looking for a skilled Paint Technician to help keep our communities looking their best. You will work with our maintenance team and property managers to deliver high-quality, professional painting services that enhance the aesthetic and value of our properties. What You'll Do Prepare and paint surfaces (walls, trim, cabinets, etc.) using various techniques and tools. Inspect, repair, patch, sand, and caulk surfaces for a flawless finish. Match colors and ensure smooth, consistent coverage. Collaborate with teams to schedule projects and minimize disruption to residents. Maintain painting equipment and manage supply inventory. Ensure all work meets ATC's quality and safety standards. What You Bring High school diploma or GED Experience in residential or commercial painting Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Solid knowledge of various painting techniques, equipment, and materials. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Solid communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel between properties. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.
