Property Maintenance Technician Joey Merritt Property Management Augusta, GA Job Details Part-time $15 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Facility maintenance painting Residential painting Outdoor work experience Construction painting House cleaning assistance Property maintenance Renovation painting Driver's License Residential housekeeping Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to assist with the upkeep and turnover of residential rental properties throughout the Augusta area. This is a hands-on position for someone who doesn't mind doing a variety of tasks and takes pride in getting properties clean, presentable, and ready for tenants. Responsibilities Clean vacant rental properties between tenants Interior painting and touch-up painting Remove trash, furniture, and debris from properties Cut grass and perform basic yard cleanup Clean out properties after tenant move-outs Perform basic maintenance and minor handyman-type tasks Assist with preparing rental properties for new tenants Pick up and deliver materials or supplies when needed Take before-and-after photos of completed work Report maintenance issues or needed repairs to management Requirements Dependable and able to show up when scheduled Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, cleaning, painting, and outdoor work Comfortable working independently Good communication skills Must take pride in doing the job correctly and completely Previous cleaning, painting, lawn care, maintenance, or rental-property experience is helpful but not required Compensation Starting pay is $15.00 per hour , with opportunities for increased pay based on reliability, quality of work, experience, and ability to handle additional maintenance responsibilities. We are looking for someone who wants consistent work and the opportunity to grow into a larger role as our property management portfolio continues to grow.
