In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the store display saltwater aquatic systems, ensuring the health and safety of aquatic life, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your expertise will help create vibrant, healthy saltwater habitats that inspire awe and foster a love for marine ecosystems. Responsibilities Maintain optimal water chemistry by balancing pH levels, salinity, alkalinity, and other vital parameters using appropriate chemical agents. Handle saltwater livestock safely and accurately following all safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally while educating them on saltwater tank maintenance best practices. Qualifications Proven experience with aquarium maintenance, especially in saltwater environments. Strong mechanical knowledge related to saltwater tanks. Knowledge of saltwater livestock handling and packaging. Ability to operate specialized equipment safely and effectively. Customer service experience is preferred due to the nature of the job environment. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various aquarium environments.
