Job Description

Performs basic troubleshooting and functional tests to ensure products meet required specifications and contains essential accessory contents. Conducts visual inspections on overall packaging acceptance criteria to include all labeling. Participates and manages large-scale product reworks coordinating with all internal stakeholders for product movement to meet customer deliverables.
Main Accountabilities:
Troubleshooting and Testing:
Perform basic troubleshooting and functional tests on products to ensure they meet required specifications and include all essential accessory contents.
Visual Inspections:
Conduct visual inspections to ensure overall packaging meets acceptance criteria, including the accuracy and completeness of all labelling.
Product Reworks:
Participate in and manage large-scale product reworks, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product movement and meet customer deliverables.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of testing results, inspections, and reworks, ensuring all documentation meets internal standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and quality control, to facilitate smooth rework processes and address any issues promptly. Ensure Compliance with
Standards:
 Adhere to Barco's quality standards and procedures in all activities. Implement best practices for product support and troubleshooting. Essential Functions Work Environment - Job performed in a warehouse environment, 6-8 hours a day of sitting, computer activities, communication skills, intermittet standing, lifting, physical activities or exposure to regular office and warehouse conditions. Ability to lift, carry, or position equipment or components (typically up to 50 lbs) Ability to walk, bend, reach, and move between areas as needed. Ability to connect, unplug, handle, or manipulate cables, small parts, or testing hardware. Regular business hours apply; however, adjusted work hours may be required to meet schedules. Must comply with all environmental, health, safety, and security protocols. Must be able to visually inspect hardware and displays and perform tasks involving fine motor skills.
