Great Benefits Flexibility Ongoing Training Opportunities Family Focused and Promotes Self-Care About the Job The Substance Use Services Specialist will oversee the training, supervision, and day-to-day work of Substance Use Services workers across the agency under the guidance of the Clinical Director of Substance Use Services. They will also maintain a client caseload and provide outpatient therapy services. Requirements Must have or be eligible for an independent Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification in the state of Iowa (CADC, IADC, or IAADC) Must have at least 3 years of experience independently providing substance use disorder services Must have at least 3 years of experience providing services in a clinical setting An active Iowa license (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT) is preferred but not required Questions About the Job?
