1 Description American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant with an active Illinois license and 2+ years of recent experience for a day-shift position on a main hospital campus. Details Outpatient setting located on the main hospital campus Day shift schedule with options of 4x10s or 5x8s, no weekends Uses Cedaron EMR for documentation Requirements Active Illinois PTA license required, if applicable AHA certifications required as specified for the position Minimum 2 years of recent experience in outpatient PT setting required Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required Additional Information Must float within scope of practice to other like units as needed Must have a verifiable permanent address 50 miles or more from the facility, with no exceptions to this radius rule Requested time off must be submitted for consideration along with application
