Classroom Support Staff-Entry Level South Shore Community Action Council Classroom Support Staff-Entry Level Plymouth, MA Apply Core Duties:
Provide children with a nurturing, safe, and healthy environment to help them develop socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally in a manner appropriate to their age and stage of development in relationship to the overall goal of social competency. Assist with teaching activities in accordance with the
EEC & HS
Head Start Performance Standards. Meal assistance and other various activities as assigned.
Core Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent, HISET, or GED. Bi-lingual (Portuguese, Arabic or Spanish) helpful although not required. Must speak and understand English.
Minimum Requirements at employment:
All candidates must undergo a CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background check; prior to beginning employment. Date of posting 5/29/26 deadline to apply 6/10/26; or until a suitable candidate is found. Valid MA state driver?s license. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
