Job Description
Temporary to Hire Implementation Engineer Plymouth, MA We are seeking a Temporary Implementation Engineer to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of biometric identification systems used by law enforcement agencies nationwide. This hands-on technical role is responsible for preparing, validating, and troubleshooting hardware and software to ensure systems are fully operational prior to deployment. This is a temporary, project-based position with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Configure and customize hardware and software systems Install and update device and camera drivers Test and validate systems prior to shipment Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Maintain deployment documentation and tracking tools Collaborate with technical and implementation teams Assist with packaging, shipping, and deployment preparation Qualifications IT experience, education, or technical certifications Experience configuring hardware and software Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to learn new technologies quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Eligible to obtain CJIS clearance and pass a background check Valid driver's license and professional references required This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with innovative biometric technology while supporting projects that impact agencies across the United States.
