Job Description
Overview Seeking qualified individuals to join the Outside Operations team at Wellesley Country Club for the remainder of the 2026 golf season. Key Responsibilities
- Greets members and their guests and maintains a friendly, positive, helping, and motivated attitude at all times.
- Responsible for cleanliness, stocking, and trash duties of bag room.
- Stages and reorganizes practice area with all necessary items such as balls, tees, bag stands, etc.
- Ensures that all golf carts are clean, stocked neatly, charged and ready to go on a daily basis.
- Cleans members and guests clubs.
- Retrieves and places golf bags in their proper location (bag room, push cart, carts, bag drop, etc.)
- Interacts with members and conducts oneself in a professional manner.
- Help manage the first tee.
- Candidates should be outgoing while working closely with professional staff in a team environment.
- Assists with tournament operations as directed by Director of Outside Services and Golf Professional staff.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Director of Outside Services.
