We are seeking a Coating Associate to prepare tooling for loading and unloading into the washing system and Post Polish machines and unpack and repack tools for internal inventory and outside shipments. This is a crucial role within the organization and a high level of precision and attention to detail is desired. Prepare tools for washing. Operate the washing system and post polish equipment. Pack up tooling for shipment or inventory. Maintain production and quality levels. Assist in other departments when necessary, including training. High School Degree or GED. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and multi-task. Demonstrated ability for organizational skills and attention to detail.
