  • Part-time Job Description We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals that want to make a difference in a child's life.
The Educational Technician/Behavioral Health Professional is responsible for supporting classroom teachers to ensure the classroom runs efficiently and effectively. The Ed Techs is responsible for working 1:1 or 1:2 with students diagnosed with special needs. Ed Techs support the classroom to teacher to implement interventions and curriculum in accordance to the students individual treatment plan goals. Essential Functions of the
Role:
Will work closely with a classroom teacher to implement curriculum and interventions established by the treatment team. Will work one-on-one with students in a classroom setting. Will be assigned specific duties to support the classroom and the classroom teacher. Are active in overseeing student progress, programs and assessments which includes preparation, coordination and following of lesson plans and coordination with other providers, supervisors, therapists, and team personnel. Daily documentation and tracking is an important element of the job.
Qualifications:
High school diploma Experience is preferred but Watch Me Shine is willing to train the right applicant. Candidates must pass an extensive criminal background check.
