Job Description
Trim Technician Job Overview We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Trim Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for handling plants and product after harvest, ensuring proper trimming, bucking, drying, curing, and packaging to meet quality standards and state compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a team setting, and a passion for producing high-quality cannabis products. Key Responsibilities Perform trimming and bucking of cannabis plants. Maintain consistency and quality standards for finished flower and packaged goods. Weigh, label, and record product accurately in accordance with company SOPs and state compliance regulations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment. Assist with drying, curing, and storage processes as needed. Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production quotas. Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures at all times. Perform other related duties as assigned to support post-harvest and operational needs. Experience Previous experience with cannabis trimming or bucking Familiarity with weight scales, packaging equipment, and quality standards is an asset. Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks. Cannabis industry experience is a plus. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain product consistency and meet weight quotas for the day. Ability to work as team. Comfortable working in seated or standing positions for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.
