Job Description
Position Overview The Dairy Plant Worker will be expected to assist in inventory management, collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines, and follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, and other tasks assigned by management. Key Responsibilities The Dairy Plant Worker shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Perform any combination of the following tasks in dairy: Scrubbing pipe fittings and machines with chemical solution, using brush. Dismantling and reassembling machine. Attaching pipes and fittings to machines, using wrenches. Opening containers and bas and dumps various ingredients into machine hoppers. Starting and stopping machines and equipment. Loading cartons into machines. Performing minor adjustments to machines as needed to maintain operation. Climbing, bending, stooping, crawling, twisting, turning, and moving objects above and below the head, and walking continually to perform job functions. Required Qualifications Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
