Job Description

Accessory Installer Nesco Resource is hiring Accessory Installers! This is a hands-on position working with vehicles in a manufacturing environment. If you have experience using hand and power tools, enjoy detailed work, and take pride in quality, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Available Shifts:
A Crew:
Monday-Thursday | 5:45 AM-3:45 PM - $18.40/hr.
B Crew:
Tuesday-Friday | 4:00 PM-2:00 AM - $19.31/hr.
C Crew:
Friday & Saturday | 5:45 AM-3:45 PM and Sunday & Monday | 4:00 PM-2:00 AM - $19.77/hr.
What You'll Do:
Install accessories and components on customer vehicles, including custom graphics, splash guards, cross bars, remote starts, bumpers, and other vehicle upfits. Remove factory-installed components and install new components as required. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and torque wrenches to complete installations. Follow written work instructions and technical specifications to ensure installations meet customer requirements. Verify proper torque and other key product specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before vehicles are released. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months-1 year of accessory installation experience preferred/required based on client criteria. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail, patience, and good hand dexterity/fine motor skills. Graphic installation experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various positions throughout the shift.
