Position:

Harvester Job:

Our Harvesters are responsible for harvesting and trimming products as fast as possible while maintaining high quality. Also making the product look presentable for packaging. Remaining focused on the task at hand while having fun is the harvest way of operation. Will train engaged and dedicated candidates. Resume required

Shift:

NORMALLY

Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts (40 hour work week)

Fridays Potential Overtime Monday and Tuesday :

6:15am-5:15pm

Wednesday and Thursday :

6:30isham- 5:00pm This is a production position. Timeliness is of the utmost importance.

Pay:

17.00

Duties and Responsibilities:

Wet harvest:

Pulling fan leaves and getting the plant ready to be hung in the cure room
Cutting hangers
Hanging the plant on hangers.
Keep Strains separated and communicating strains to managers
Cleaning tables and floors to maintain a clean work environment
Identifying and reporting any issues seen
Taking on other tasks upon request of manager
Cleaning bins for flower product Dry harvest:
Deboning bud off steams
Keep Strains separated and communicating strains to managers
Moving bud from cure rooms
Helping sift after run through the Twister
Hand trim strains as needed
Identifying and reporting any issues seen
Cleaning in between strains and deep clean end of day
Cleaning bins for flower product

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$17.00 per hour
