As a Cultivator Associate at our Vandalia facility, you'll be responsible for the entire cultivation process—from harvesting to packaging—ensuring compliance with state regulations and Hamilton Ryker standards. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. This hands-on role involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where precision and consistency are essential.

You will be involved in:

Harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging plants, following the production plan. Tracking inventory with accuracy, updating electronic records, and ensuring proper labeling. Maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace and equipment to meet safety and quality standards. Assisting with loading and organizing plants for transfer between facilities. Adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices, handling procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualified candidates should have:

A high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old. Ability to pass background checks and licensing requirements. Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or regulated production is a plus. Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and data entry skills.
