The main objective of the Creeler is to ensure every creel is filled with the proper yarn.

Essential Functions:

Creel the proper yarn in accordance with knitting cards and tie them in. In case of a yarn change, remove the old yarn from the creel. Keep cardboard and pallets out of the buffer yarn area. Keep the area around the machine clean and safe to work in/practice good housekeeping. Assist Knitters in keeping the machines running. Each Creeler will be assigned between 7 to 8 knitting machines.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Other requirements or special comments:

Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services, general laborer, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection, etc.). Must be able to distinguish all colors (not be color blind). Closed toe shoes must be worn at all times.
