Job Description

  • Perform pre and post operation inspections on assigned equipment and work areas.
  • Maintain work area and equipment to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain records according to job assignment.
  • Preparation of rock and soil samples.
  • Perform laboratory functions in accordance with company guidelines for safety, environmental compliance and general work practices and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • 1 years' experience with analytical equipment preferably in a mining environment, preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, required.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds required
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision, required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.
