Job Description
- Perform pre and post operation inspections on assigned equipment and work areas.
- Maintain work area and equipment to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Prepare and maintain records according to job assignment.
- Preparation of rock and soil samples.
- Perform laboratory functions in accordance with company guidelines for safety, environmental compliance and general work practices and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- 1 years' experience with analytical equipment preferably in a mining environment, preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, required.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds required
- Ability to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision, required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.
