Haven Watch New York is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform routine property checks for high-end residential homes in the Hamptons. This is a part-time, per-visit role ideal for someone looking for flexible supplemental income. You will be responsible for visiting properties, ensuring everything is in proper condition, and reporting your findings clearly and professionally. Responsibilities include conducting interior and exterior walkthroughs, checking for visible issues such as leaks, damage, or security concerns, taking photos, and submitting brief reports after each visit. You will also be expected to immediately communicate any urgent findings. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
