Job Description
In short The Athlete Services Specialist drives the operational engine behind On's regional and global athlete ecosystem. By streamlining seeding logistics, product forecasting, on-site event experiences, and administrative workflows, this role ensures our world-class athletes receive seamless support. The strategic 'why' is to eliminate operational friction for athletes and Athlete Managers, elevating On's reputation as the most athlete-centric brand in sports. The Athlete Services Specialist role reports to Lisa Kroth on the Athlete Strategy & Partnership team. Your Mission Manage RPA inputs and end-to-end tracking for seeding, kit drops, and product orders, while partnering with Demand Planners and the EMEA counterpart on demand forecasting. Coordinate and deliver white-glove operational and logistical support for high-priority gatherings, key events, and the annual regional Athlete Summit. Oversee on-site event logistics, including nutrition, shelter, ground transportation, and coordinate personalized athlete gifting and milestone initiatives. Facilitate smooth athlete transitions into On's ecosystem by managing dedicated onboarding support and event-based communication channels. Proactively track the master athlete calendar and travel schedules to align athlete product needs with cross-functional product timelines. Execute administrative excellence by managing prompt invoice processing and financial coordination for athletes and external vendors. Your story Professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with a strong understanding of order-entry workflows, product forecasting, and inventory tracking. Hands-on experience with ERP/RPA systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics) and data management tools. Proven track record in event planning, on-site execution, and delivering high-touch hospitality tailored to elite talent, partners, or corporate events. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate regional and global matrix structures across product, marketing, and finance. An athlete-first mindset, showing high empathy, adaptability, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with high-profile individuals and confidential matters.
