Repair Operator

Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, is looking for a Pallet Repair Operator to join their team in Schenectady, NY . This role is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repairing pallets to meet industry specifications in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and inspect pallets by lifting them onto a worktable and examining all sides. Repair damaged pallets using tools such as pneumatic nailers, reciprocating saws, and angle grinders. Ensure all pallets meet certain specifications before leaving the workstation. Restock materials and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Development (GED) Ability to memorize and apply specific pallet specifications. Prior forklift experience Prior experience in warehouse or production environments is a plus. Lift and move 65 lb pallets repeatedly.
