Requirements:
High school diploma required Associate degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Manufacturing or quality experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional communication and customer-service abilities Ability to interpret production and rejection data Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to represent the company professionally and make decisions within established authority
Job Duties:
Monitor incoming, in-process, and finished-product quality at the customer facility Identify actual or potential quality concerns early Provide continuous feedback to the foundry Report production and rejection data to the Resident Engineer Accept or dispute rejected products according to approved procedures Assist with PPAP package reviews and approvals Coordinate containment activities for defective products Initiate and track problem-solving and corrective-action documentation Train foundry or contract personnel on inspections and customer processes Participate in customer quality meetings Negotiate solutions that minimize the impact of customer complaints Support the Resident Engineer and respond professionally to customer needs Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
