Job Description
Do you love tiny humans, glitter explosions, and spontaneous dance parties? Our classrooms are looking for a magical human to join the team as a float teacher! Typical shift is Monday-Friday 10a-6p
What You'll Do:
- Help guide curious minds through finger painting, story time, and snack negotiations
- Support emotional growth (and occasional meltdowns) with patience and love
- Sing "Baby Shark" like it's your Grammy performance
- Keep up with fast feet and faster imaginations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with children ages 6weeks-5 years old or early childhood education
- A heart full of kindness and a pocket full of stickers
- Ability to multitask while being serenaded by a chorus of giggles
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (must obtain in 90 days of start date)

- Additional Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification (will train ideal teachers)
- Must clear full background check and must pass health screening
- Educational Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Physical Requirements
- Requirements include the ability to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools or controls, talk to and hear voices at many levels. May also be required to kneel, bend, squat or crawl.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Employment Type Full-time ( up to 40 hours/week) Center is open 6a-6p Typical shift is Monday-Friday 10a-6p Occasional nights and weekends for trainings and meetings
