$20.00 per hour Job Summary We are hiring Pallet Rebuilders for a busy manufacturing and warehouse facility in Seville, OH. This is a hands-on, physically active position involving pallet inspection, repair, and rebuilding. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, comfortable using hand and power tools, and able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift. Previous pallet repair, warehouse, construction, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Inspect wooden pallets for damage and determine which boards need to be repaired or replaced Disassemble damaged pallets and rebuild them to proper specifications Remove and replace damaged or broken boards Safely operate nail guns, hammers, and other hand and power tools Stack, organize, and move completed pallets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow safety procedures and production standards Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety Qualifications Previous experience in pallet repair, pallet rebuilding, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or general labor is preferred Comfortable performing heavy physical labor Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and physical tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position.
