Role Overview As a Luxury Camp Guide, you'll work closely with our Camp Manager, Operations Manager, and Trip Guides to create memorable experiences for our guests. Your duties include setting up and taking down camp, assisting and leading tours, managing daily operations, and ensuring each client's comfort and satisfaction. This position offers a unique blend of outdoor adventure, teamwork, and leadership development that can lead to full-time guide positions at global destinations. Key Responsibilities Set up and take down camp to the highest standards Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming camp environment Assist in meal preparation and serving, with attention to detail and presentation Ensure client areas are clean, comfortable, and orderly Follow a structured schedule for activities, meals, and guest services Support the Camp Manager and Operations Manager with various tasks as needed Keep a safe, uncluttered kitchen workspace and maintain high safety standards Why You'll Love This Role Live, work, and play in awe-inspiring natural settings, far from the ordinary Collaborate with a close-knit team of outdoor professionals Gain valuable leadership and guiding experience, with potential for growth into senior roles Create unforgettable experiences for clients, surrounded by the beauty of the wilderness Qualifications Must be 21+ years old Wilderness First Aid (WFA) and CPR certifications required (WFR or WEMT preferred) Prior camping experience, with knowledge of outdoor ethics and risk management Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong teamwork skills Physically able to lift and carry 50 pounds for extended periods Driver's License required

Preferred :

Food Handler License, Motor Vehicle Driver Record, Federal DOT Medical Exam Certificate Work Hours Variable schedule Typical shift: 6 AM - 9 PM with multiple breaks/downtime

Additional Information Location:
