Overview:

The Paint Prep Wet Tech I is responsible for preparing surfaces for wet painting, following detailed instructions to ensure high-quality results. This role focuses on efficiency and improvements through 2 Second Lean practices.

Key Responsibilities:

(include but not limited to): Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following: Prepare surfaces for wet painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking. Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols. Implement 2 Second Lean ideas to improve the preparation process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Other duties may be assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum Preferred Qualifications, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following: High School Diploma or GED preferred (1) One+ years of consistent working experience; Related experience a plus. Basic understanding of wet painting preparation techniques. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong attention to detail.
