We're looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our small shop team. No previous experience is necessary, we'll train you on everything you need to know.

What You'll Primarily Do:

Load and unload parts from CNC machines, as well as monitor machine operation, assisting with minor troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Other Tasks Include:

Perform light mechanical assembly using hand tools (e.g., mallet).

Preparing items for shipment:

selecting the appropriate packaging materials, assembling boxes, applying stickers, sealing packages, labeling, and ensuring accurate documentation. Handle materials up to 50 lbs (medium-duty work). Assist with quality checks and basic inspection, reporting any defects or issues. Follow detailed written and verbal instructions, including filling out routers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual. Able to follow written and verbal instructions carefully. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical labor. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Willing to learn and take initiative. Must maintain attention to detail and quality. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up extra hours (Monday - Friday 4:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m., Weekends-Flexible) and possibilty to move FULL TIME, in a relaxed but productive workshop environment.
