WORK SCHEDULE

MON-FRI 9a-6p or SAT 9a-3p (CLOSED SUNDAY)

Basic Function:

The Associate Self Storage Manager will contribute to our success by overseeing the daily operation of the storage facilities that you work at. As you gain experience, you could become eligible to advance into the manager role when a position comes open.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for arriving at work every scheduled day, on time and in a neat and clean uniform. Deliver superior customer service through proper phone selling techniques as well as to walk-in customers to the facility. Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals. Management of the accounts receivable process. Sales of boxes, locks, and packing supplies. Light property maintenance/upkeep. Marketing/networking to local businesses to promote our services. Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility or Operations Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience Required:

GED or High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Availability to

Work:

rotating Saturday's will be a requirement.

Computer Skills:

Must be comfortable using basic computer programs/functions such as checking and responding to emails, use of Microsoft Word, Excel and storage program.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.

Appearance:

Employees will be required to maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.
