So if you want to be part of preparing two of our best menu items, then read on! The Grill Position is responsible for grilling and cutting fajitas and asada meat, and assisting line servers with non-grill items such as quesadillas, eggs, pancakes, corn tortillas, and frying chips and shells in a deep fryer, while following all health and safety standards and maintaining a clean work area. You must also be able to tolerate the heat from working the grill. The tortilla position duties include but are not limited to preparing flour and corn tortilla dough according to Mama Margie Recipes, cooking tortillas on a flat top grill, and following all health and safety standards, while maintaining a clean work area. You will work as a team with other team members, You will work as a team with other team members, training new team members, and assisting in other positions as needed. Mama Margie's is a fast-paced environment and all positions require attendance on the weekends and holidays (including Christmas or Christmas Eve). Employees must be dependable and able to work as a team to accomplish the goals of serving great tasting food in a clean and friendly atmosphere.
