The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Custard Technician to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. What will you do? Diagnosing/repairing custard machines Perform upkeep maintenance Troubleshoot system issues Clean, reassemble parts during breaks in homestands Communicate missing/broken parts for ordering Maintain service records of machines More about you Ability to work cooperatively with other team members in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years old Must have a flexible schedule Experience with diagnosing, repairing, maintaining/cleaning, and servicing frozen custard/soft serve machines. Game day preventative maintenance and timely repairs in a fast-paced foodservice environment. Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching during the entire length of the shift Exposure to varying outdoor temperatures, depending on the season Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends Who we are Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining services at the 41,900-seat American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers since 1970.
