This position is located in UAA Department of Student Affairs in the Student Engagement Division. This role includes overseeing point-of-sale and inventory systems, processing vendor orders and payments, training and scheduling barista staff, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Flexibility to support various tasks and maintain a welcoming café environment is essential. To thrive in this role, a successful applicant would have the following skills and experience:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with inventory management and vendor relations preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of tasks requiring manual dexterity, including operating coffee equipment and handling perishable goods.
