As Crew Leader you work daily to: Install new landscape lighting and irrigation projects and implement enhancements to existing systems. Conduct audits to assess irrigation and lighting systems and create ways to run them with greater efficiency. Organize and maintain inventory, tools, and an orderly work truck. Partner intentionally with management for your own professional and personal development. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience installing and/or maintaining landscape irrigation and lighting systems Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and ability to pass our standard pre-employment background check and drug screening Proficiency in English in both oral and written forms Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance and to utilize a full range of mobility in upper and lower body Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other aspects of our facilities and job sites Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions Compensation Competitive salary and base pay details are reserved for discussion with candidates during the interview process.
