Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Supervisor and Laborer to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, ensuring that outdoor spaces are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and groundskeeping, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Pay is based on experience. Supervisor must have clean drivers license Duties Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in the installation and care of plants, trees, and shrubs. Irrigate landscapes effectively to promote healthy growth. Build and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features. Supervise and lead small teams during various landscaping projects. Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify maintenance needs. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Follow safety protocols while performing tasks to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required. Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Leadership skills with experience supervising others is advantageous. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems is beneficial.
