Job Description

Overview Cochran Lawn Care and Landscaping is hiring a Foreman to lead our crews in the field. In this role, you'll run daily operations, keep quality and safety high on every job site, and guide your team through lawn care, landscape maintenance, and installation projects. Your leadership sets the standard and keeps every property looking its best. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation to finish jobs on time and to standard Assign tasks, guide your crew, and build a positive, productive team focused on safety Oversee proper use and upkeep of mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and other equipment Identify plants and trees to guide proper care and troubleshoot issues in the field Manage irrigation work, including installation, repairs, and seasonal adjustments Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Coordinate with clients and project managers to plan and execute landscape and hardscape projects Requirements Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable working outdoors in all weather with a focus on quality and safety Familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus If you take pride in your work, lead by example, and want to grow with a company that stands behind its people, we'd love to hear from you. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.50 per hour
