Here at Big Time Lawn & Home we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic landscape crew member to join our team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Crew Member, working out of Pelham, AL. The Landscape Crew Member will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape tasks, including laying sod, mulch, and pine straw, installing plants, hauling debris, and other physical tasks. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring job-site safety, and assisting with other general landscape duties as needed. Qualifications Experience with digging, raking, shoveling, planting, and other basic landscaping tasks in some capacity Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment, including hand tools, power tools, saws, skid steers, excavators, trenchers, augers, and compactors preferred Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate to heavy loads Understanding of workplace and job site safety practices Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Previous landscaping or maintenance experience in some capacity Driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

truck and dump trailer, power tools, and miscellaneous hand tools

Tasks:
