A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

This job comes with a company vehicle. Ability to speak Spanish, interpersonal skills, ALCA certifications, etc are a plus. We are based in Chandler in the area of McQueen and Fry Rd. Responsibilities and Duties Crew supervision and guidance, constant and clear communication between management and crews, execution of work orders, assistance to account managers, attending board meetings occasionally, team meetings, planning schedules and projects, overseeing servicing of properties. Qualifications and Skills Experience in the industry of landscape maintenance and management, 3+yrs preferred.
